Hello friends. I hope you’ve had a great week so far. Happy September. Even though the temperatures are still nice and warm, there’s something in
the air that says fall. I’m happy to join my friends again this time with delicious pumpkin recipes. 
I’m not much of a baker but these Pumpkin Hand Pies are so easy to make and I think they look so pretty. 
I’m always looking for baking hacks and these are so easy to make that I’m thinking of making every pie flavour. 

You will need:
Pre-made Pie Crust
Pumpkin Pie Filling or (you can mix your own pumpkin mixture)
1 Tablespoon of brown sugar
1/2 Tablespoon of cinnamon 
1/4 tsp of pumpkin spice 
Leaf cookie cutters 


Take your pre-made pie crust and lay it on wax paper. 
Use the leaf cutter to cut out a leaf shape. 
Place some pumpkin spice onto the leaf. 

Make some ‘veins’ on the leaf with a sharp knife and place it on top of the filling. 

Use the extra dough and roll it out to make more leaves. 
Sprinkle sugar,cinnamon and pumpkin spice over leaf and bake according to package instructions. 
and that’s it. Next time, I will probably fill them with a lot more pumpkin filling and like I said, I can’t wait to make other flavours.
