Hello friends. Happy Summer! We’ve had a bit of a heat wave but I’m not complaining because these days fly by and soon enough, I’ll be dreading the cold days. Today I want to share with you this delicious Strawberry Margarita Recipe.
It really is so refreshing and you can make it without alcohol as well which is perfect for the little ones and of course if you don’t drink alcohol.
1 pound frozen whole strawberries
3/4 cup tequila
2 cup lime juice
1/3 cup honey or sweetener. I used THIS sugar free syrup
Salt or coarse sugar to rim the glass.
Strawberry or lime to garnish.
Directions:
Prepare your glasses by running a wedge of lime around the rim.
Dip in salt or sugar and set aside.
Add strawberries, tequila (optional) lime juice and sweetener to a blender and blend until smooth.
Fill glass with ice and pour mixture into glass.
