Hey friends….how are you doing? I keep forgetting what day it is. I’m not sure if that’s good or not. The sun was shining today and I sat in the backyard for a couple of minutes. The sun felt so good on my head and I can’t wait for summer days and all this crazy stuff to be over.
As I pledged to you before, I want to continue to bring you a little bit of pretty and today, I think this painted East sugar cookie gift will do the trick.
I’ve painted sugar cookies before and I think it’s so much fun. I filmed the process for you HERE.
I’m hopeful that this cute Easter gift brings a smile to your face.
I used gel food coloring and almond extract to clean my brush in between…
I found white food coloring, which I didn’t even know it existed but I was so excited to buy it because it makes such pretty pastel colors.
I even painted a little Peter Rabbit for fun…:)
Thank you so much for stopping by today. Please check out the rest of these beautiful Easter basket ideas from my talented friends.
A big thank you to my friend Janine for putting this hop together.

Lucy, these cookies are amazing. My gosh you have so much artist talent. I wish I had just a sliver of you talent. I want to paint so bad and that is probably exactly what it would look like….”so bad” LOL. Thank you for sharing all of your ideas. Hope you and yours are safe and remain healthy. Happy Easter!
Blessings,
Patricia
