Hello friends. I don’t know about you but I’m so glad that the end of January is finally here. Thinking back, this has felt like a very long month and this new year has had so many unfortunate events so I’m happy to be welcoming a new month. And with Valentine’s day right around the corner, I thought I would share a sweet Valentine’s Day Charcuteri board which I think would make anyone smile. 🙂
I love the idea of playing with pinks and reds…
I cut the top of the strawberries to make them look like little hearts and I think they look so cute…
My favourite part is the ombre heart sugar cookies. I made several sugar cookies and used fondant to cover them. You can of course use icing instead.
I found little heart bowls at the Dollar Store and just filled with candy and such.
Growing up, those little cookies with the strawberry in the middle were my favourite…:)
I placed some little cups with roses and carnations throughout to add a little more softness…
I made this adorable mug the other day and will share how tomorrow. I love how it mimics the Valentine’s tea towel…
