Happy Tuesday friends. I hope your week is off to a great start. We spent some of the weekend with our son and as usual, it was so good to see him.
While there , we went to the mall and stopped at Anthropologie where I picked up this adorable little mug
I originally wanted to incorporate it into a basket gift similar to THIS one from last year. But I wanted to make it a little bit different so I decided to make a petite bouquet which can also be used to hold a gift card.
Here is how I made it…
I bought an inexpensive bouquet from the grocery store and kept all the red flowers. I cut the stems very short (approx 4 inches) and placed an elastic band tightly around the bunch.
Take a piece of wrapping paper of your choice (about 1′ long)
Fold over to make a square and tape the sides so paper stays folded.
Fold square over as shown.
Repeat steps 1-3 three times to form three squares.
Place folded squares around bouquet. Secure with an elastic band and tape edges if needed.
Place small piece of wet foam at the bottom of the mug and insert your little bouquet.
Tape a gift card to paper if you wish and there you go.
I think it looks adorable and would make a perfect gift for a friend or teacher … You could even include some sweet little fairy lights to make it even more magical.
Thank you so much for stopping by. Check out the amazing gift ideas from my friends below.
Thanks to my friend Krista for putting this hop together.
much love,
Lucy

Sending flowers as a gift throughout the holiday season is very common and well-liked. Christmas is frequently centered on giving and receiving presents. But sometimes you don’t know what to send someone
