Hi friends welcome back. I hope you had a nice week. I’m not sure if it’s just me, but time seems to be flying by. Christmas is right around the corner and winter totally sneaked up on me.
But I digress, today I want to share this festive green and plaid tablescape.
A couple of years ago, I got this really cool tartan tablecloth from Homesense. As usual, I tend not to read the packaging and didn’t realize that it was a round tablecloth so I couldn’t use it on my table. Well, since we now have a round table, I thought I would dig it out and put it to use.
There’s something so festive about plaid or tartan and I love using it during Christmas.
I got some roses from the grocery store and some greenery to make this simple centerpiece. The Juniper is the same one I used HERE. You can find it HERE.
I find that using faux greens is a great way to save money. I’ve also learned that the Dollar store has some fun finds during this time of year. For example the gold chargers, glasses and champagne glasses are from the Dollar store. So when you combine everything together, it looks fantastic.
I placed THESE blue buffalo check napkins inside a mug as a whimsical way to hold utensils. The Plaid napkins can be found HERE
You can also spot the battery pack for my new favourite fairy lights. It’s a long strand of about 33 ft and I added it to my tree, my garland, etc.

The green salad bowls are also perfect for this look.
