Hello again friends.
It’s slowly starting to feel like Autumn around here and today I’m joining my friend Rachel from Maison de Pax as she hosts the Fall into Fall Tour. As I’ve already shared my fall home HERE and HERE, I thought it would be neat to share the photos that most times don’t make the blog. I’m sure like me, you like to change your decor around. Well, I tend to move my decor quite often, try different set ups, live with it for a day or two and let it evolve.
When decorating for a particular season, I like to first pick my color theme. This year, I wanted to use more muted tones, but include subtle hints of rust and dark blues. I also knew I wanted to change my couch table a little and try something different. Keeping that in mind….
This was my first set up. I removed my round mirror (which I love) and placed this tall mirror.
This was my first set up. I removed my round mirror (which I love) and placed this tall mirror.
I placed several candle holders and filled an old wooden box with faux pumpkins and greenery.
I also brought in the ladder (you can read the tutorial for it HERE).
On the table, I set up this pretty wooden crate basket from my friends at Wayfair.
Which then moved to our dining table instead…
Which then was replaced by my wooden tray and some of my Limelight hydrangeas….
Which then went back onto the table, but this time holding some of the candle holders…
Which I removed from here and replaced with some books in my attempt to make it a little less busy.
And lastly ended up looking like this. Due to time constraints, I have not been able to play with it lately and so this is what it currently looks like.
Well, that was until my sweet friend Becky – who has the sweetest Etsy shop called, Timewashed – sent me these GORGEOUS set of custom made pumpkins!
They are absolutely my favorite …
I especially love this gray plaid one. Isn’t it perfect?
So now this is what my coffee table looks like…
I love this little centerpiece.
Becky is so talented and is letting me give away an entire set over on INSTAGRAM.
Here’s a little snippet of my fall table from yesterday’s post…
And you can see our family room HERE.
It’s time to head on over to one of my best bloggy friends, Liz Marie.
And please don’t forget to visit the rest of the beautiful homes.

What a fun take on a tour! I love how you showed so many ways to use an element– how versatile it can be. Of course all the options are beautiful and it really was educational to see a bit of your process!

Hey! This is beautiful…I love neutral decorating…did you purchase that dr chandy with that finish, or did you do it yourself? It’s spectacular…

Oh Lucy, it is simply lovely. I, too, am super indecisive, but I don’t generally take pretty pictures along the way! 😉 Thank you so much for sharing your process with us today!! xx

My husband is always chilly! I like your little ladder to store a lightweight covering for him…..probably a couple of them, as you have. Where do I get one of those? It would save me time instead of going to a little storage chest to get something! Thanks very much!
Blessings,
Annie
