Hello friends…I hope you’ve been keeping well.
Today I wanted to share our front porch…all colorful
may recall seeing a little sneak peek a few weeks back.
I have been meaning to share it here on the blog, but there was
something missing and I wasn’t happy with the way the photos were
turning out. Not to mention, it’s been raining non stop around here.
I had initially decided to skip the wreaths this year, but after looking at the
photos, I realized that to make it all flow together, it definitely needed them.
So when I spotted these gorgeous olive branch wreaths
Birch Lane is a fairly young home furnishing company, but
is quickly becoming one of my favorites. Their beautiful collections
and line of traditional pieces are both fresh and affordable.

I adore these wreaths and love that they can be used in various
seasons, from late summer, through fall and even in the winter.
Because we have yet to experience very cold weather, our ferns
are still fairly lush and I didn’t have the heart to rip them out.
So I simply stuck in some decorative cabbage amongst them.
I didn’t even take them out of the pot, which is perfect because
I can just take them out and water them when I need to.
To add a little more whimsy to our decor, I wrapped some pretty
vines around the pumpkins and wreaths to tie it all together.

I also stuck some artificial leaves in the ferns; again to make it cohesive.
I think it looks fun and once they wilt, it will just add to the feel of fall…
But in my opinion, the best accessory is our adorable doggie, Brody.
Just look at that face…:)
Thank you so much for dropping by.
Have a beautiful day.
much love,

Your front porch is AWESOME! Every single detail is spot-on perfect.
You know I used to have that tartan plaid umbrella when I was a little girl. I loved it to pieces.
Brody is the true perfect dog – what a beautiful animal. SO SO cute – did you get him to “sit” and “stay” to make this
photo? Because that’s what makes it awesome. : – )
Well done, ma’am. Oh and I love BL for inspiration, haven’t purchased anything from them but going there now because I haven’t seen in a while. Thanks for the reminder.
