Hello friends! Just a quick stop to say hello and share with you the most beautiful antique find, I have ever come across with.
When I was in Atlanta, I visited Scott Antique Markets. If you love old and chippy than you would just love this place. I can’t even begin to tell you how incredible visiting this place was.
One of my favourite finds, was this Antique French script. I can’t stop looking at it. Trying to decode the words on them and just studying how perfectly the writing is. It’s hard to believe that this was once the only way to write. Such beautiful lost art.
I think it’s so sad that paper is slowly becoming a thing of the past.
Including books and magazines.
I am not sure how I feel about living in a world without paper, but at least my children will have these photos their mom took ‘back in the day when they had real books’.
Thank you for visiting me today. Hope to talk to you very soon.
much love,
I also wanted to let you know that I have added some feather prints to my Society 6 shop.

Lucy,
Recently a large Barnes and Noble bookstore closed in Ft. Worth, and it made realize that we are living a time when there is paradigm shift in our culture. We are past the tipping point of no return of moving from paper to electronic versions only. The French script writing is beautiful, and I am “pinning” away!
