I hope you have had a great week! It’s been raining non-stop
around here, but we enjoyed a nice sunny day today and so I decided
I would surprise the kiddies with some homemade fudgesicles.
They are so easy to make that I almost felt guilty when the kiddie’s expressed
their gratitude over their little surprise. I’m not sure however if their thankfulness was because I allowed them to have something sweet after school or the delicious
treat itself. Nevertheless, they were happy and that made me happy.
Homemade Fudgesicles
1 cup of skim milk
1/3 cup of Nutella hazelnut
Directions
1) combine milk and Nutella thoroughly
2) pour mixture into molds
3) freeze for 4-5 hours or overnight
4) Enjoy!
Healthy Fudgesicles
2 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
1 1/2 cup plain almond milk
1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cup plain almond milk
1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions
1) Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
2) Pour mixture into molds
3) freeze for 3-5 hours to set
4) Enjoy!
Easy peasy, right?
Perfect for a nice hot summer day!

Love that you gave a healthier alternative. My son’s friends used to come over and pour a glass of iced tea thinking it was good host or one of those types, and were in for a surprise! Took a bit, but now they are used to my homemade stuff and love it. Could possibly fool them with something like this!

I do know, however, that it is easy to compare and be hard on oneself. I also try to be a good roll model for my daughters, but find it a challenge at times!!

To combat insomnia, my advice is to take CBD supplements. It seems to me that natural supplements are always better than various chemical drugs. If you choose something CBD, try these delta 8 capsules. These products helped me a lot in the fight against sleep problems, as well as some difficulties in life.
