To be honest, I don’t have much to say and yet my heart feels full. Not over anything grand or extraordinary, but fulfilled with life, family and the amount of love that surrounds me.
We watched in amazement as Pemberley’s little babies hatched. Weak and weary, yet strong enough to break through into the world. Their little bodies naked and fragile, solely relying on the care of their parents, who are diligently prepared to feed them as soon as they enter the world. The kiddies named the chicks Eeny, Meeny, Miny and….Joe, which I thought was so funny.

And the proud dad (Pemberton), handsome and strong
guards his babies as momma goes and gets some food.
They alternate this duty in perfect harmony.
This weekend, I took it all in. The smells, the sounds, the
sights, the beauty of life. It was all around me and I felt fulfilled.
I am not without faults, problems or worries.
I am imperfect, but I am beyond blessed.
