Hello everyone, I hope you have had a great week so far.
It rained today, but the sun peaked right at my favourite time – when the light is soft and gentle and it slowly glides through the window filling the room with a dreamy glow.
We enjoyed a little bit of this today. Tomorrow is another day…I wonder what it will bring…
Not a lot of words from me today. I hope your day is wonderful.
much love,

Not a lot of words needed, Lu. Sounds like kind of a reflective day for you. Love your burlap project…and the shoes that are made for walking- xo Diana
So cute! We are redoing our basement and I’ve bought 5 yards of burlap and bought already made burlap vases on clearance at Michaels. Now to figure out a window covering using the burlap for my basement windows….. ; )
This is so sweet & beautiful! I love white flowers! ~ Carrie
Love it! How did you do the handle? It looks great.
I have been seeing quite a lot of writing on burlap at the moment and it looks good but I love your idea of using a marker instead of a stencil, so much easier and quicker 🙂 have a happy day sweetie

How did you do the trim and handle?
Hey guys…thank you for taking the time to leave a message…for the handle I simply hot glued a thick rope on one side and then again on the opposite side, prior to wrapping the burlap around the can. I knew I wasn’t going to be hanging it,so I just wanted the illusion of a handle. The trim is the same think rope just hot glued around the opening. Hope that helps!….thanks again…xo
The entire arrangement is just beautiful! Thanks for sharing.
