Hello Friends, I hope you’re having a great week thus far.
The kids had their first day back to school and yes, I cried a little (yes, i still cry after all these years). While their reluctance to go back vanished once they began seeing old friends displaced over the summer, it doesn’t get any easier for their mama.
But onto happier moments. I wanted to let you know that I am guest posting over at my friend Jaime Lyn’s blog Crafty, Scrappy, Happy. Her blog is full of DIY inspiration; I like to think of her as a mini Miss Mustard Seed – this girl can restore anything!
She also has a brand new linky party and has asked me to be the co-host for the week (talk about flattering!). So that means that on Thursday, you can link up any Crafty, Scrappy and Happy projects right here. It can be anything at all. I will also have the privilege to pick three of my favourite Crafty, Scrappy and Happy projects and showcase them to everyone, which is going to be tough given all of your collective talents.
It would be great if you would join me, so please consider yourself my guest of honour and this, your VIP invitation.
In the meantime, I am giving you a clue as to what my post over at Jaime’s is all about. See if you can guess…..

Happy to be here!

Interesting tutorial. But FYI, the plural of “deer” is “deer” not “deers.” I spent 10 years as the editor of a wildlife and conservation magazine.

HI Patricia, thanks for stopping by…I used the word ‘deers’ as a homonym of dears….just to make it a little more interesting….:)
