Hello, friends! It has been a crazy couple of days as we had to pull back-to-back all-nighters to get our kitchen done. And guess what…it’s finally done! I can’t wait to share more of it with you, but you can see a little sneak peek on Instagram. In the meantime, I am so excited to be joining my friends, along with Allmodern, for part two of our Farmhouse Holiday series.
This season, I’m loving blues, browns and hints of copper.
Capturing photos has been a bit of a challenge of late as everything from our kitchen has been sitting on this table and practically everywhere else. But I enjoyed the little break from the mess while setting up this little tablescape.
Both the copper tins and the beautiful clear quilted glasses were thrift store finds.
I did order these gorgeous blue Boston double old fashion glasses. Aren’t they pretty? I love how heavy they are.
I think the entire tablescape has so much texture, including this fun copper vase.
Because I truly believe in reusing what you already have, I used three dish towels as my table runner.
I went looking for real pumpkins, but they don’t have them just yet. They did have this little orange squash though, so that’ll have do for now.
I love the combination of blue and brown and carried it both with these beautiful Acacia Plates.
An easy tip to carry color throughout your tablescape is to use food. In this case, I used simple buns and a loaf of bread on a cutting board. Alternatively, you could use seasonal fruit or even vegetables.
While shooting, look who was trying to get a closer look at the bread. Ha. His guilty face makes me laugh.
I can’t wait to check out the rest of the fall tablescapes. Let’s go! 🙂

It’s a beautiful table, Lucy. I love the copper touches, it’s very popular right now (that centrepiece vase is my favourite!). The glasses are beautiful too.
I hear you on the pumpkins…haven’t seen them anywhere yet 🙁

I love all the colors too like everyone said. They remind me of fall. The leaves on our trees haven’t changed yet. There are a few on the tree across the street but the rest of the trees in our neighborhood are still green. They say because we had so little rain this year and because it hardly snowed last winter, our fall foliage won’t be as bright as other years. That makes me sad. However, with all of your pretty decorating I am happy again. I love how your dog looks so comfy on that chair.

This tablescape is so pretty friend! Favorite shots: the blue and white dish with the baby boos (GIVE ME THAT DISH!) and the white bowl with bread. I don’t know why but I just wanted to stare at them longer. Love how you put together the runner– smart lady! 😉
