Hello sweet friends!
I hope you are having a great weekend so far.
Today I’m joining 9 other talented Canadian bloggers to bring you 10 sweet Valentine’s day projects.
(You will find the links at the end of this post)
I have always wanted to try cream cheese mints and thought this would be a great opportunity to make some with a little twist. Cream cheese mint lollipops, and since this is a Valentine’s day treat, why not shape them into little hearts?
Cream cheese mint lollipops
Ingredients
4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
16 oz (one pound) powder sugar
1/8 – 1/4 tsp oil of peppermint or other flavour
food coloring
pink granulated sugar (optional)
lollipop sticks
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, powder sugar and flavouring.
2. Stir until combined. Knead together until firm dough is formed.
3. Add food coloring, preferably gel paste. If the dough becomes sticky add more powder sugar and continue to knead in color.
4. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
5. Shape dough into hearts and insert lollipop stick.
6. Sprinkle with pink sugar if desired
7. Let dry for about 2 hours on waxed paper, then freeze or refrigerate until ready to eat.
I love that you can add any flavour to the dough and how easy they are to make. They also look so pretty don’t you think? I’m kinda loving Valentine’s day this year…:)

If you’re looking for a unique night out, Sapphire Las Vegas’s strip club for couples packages are definitely worth considering. The package we chose included a great selection of drinks and access to exclusive areas, which added a touch of luxury to our experience. The venue itself is upscale and vibrant, and the service was exceptional. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend it for couples looking to enjoy a fun and classy evening.
